‘Tis the Season

First of all, I apologize for the late posting on my latest story.  I was out of town for a while, and didn’t have the time to give things a proper once over until today.  I did end up making a couple last minute changes, so I’m ultimately glad I didn’t try to rush it out for Thursday.

I hope people are enjoying the two new stories posted so far.  After four years of toiling away at this stuff, it feels good to finally get to share some of them.  But in honor of this approaching holiday season, we’re going to change the format just a little for the next few weeks.

Let me back up a bit.  I write stories (you may have noticed).  Some of them become quite long, and run for page after page.  And some of them don’t.  Often I’ll get an idea that doesn’t want or need a long telling, and is best expressed through one or two scenes.  These vignettes are still satisfying, but too short to be treated as proper stories.

So instead I’ve gathered some of them into a collection.  The full title is “Seven Short Stories of Sodomy and Sadism”, because I’m a nerd who thinks that alliteration is almost as fun as self-deprecation.  For the next seven weeks, instead of getting pieces to a longer story, you’ll be getting one of these bite-sized tales, each immediately ready for consumption. But don’t let their diminutive size fool you: they can still pack a punch.
